I want to send a text message to a friend that live in Ho Chi Minh City. What are the steps to do this?

Can someone in Canada with a Canadian service provider send a text message to someone in the United States, and will they recieve it even though they have a Canadian service provider? And can you recieve one from that same person in the US if you are in Canada? Is this the same for calling as well?

or does it count as just one?

like for example if im sending the same message to 3 different people..does it count as only one text or as 3?

I’m no dummy, but I can’t find what the text message icons mean on my RZR V3M phone. When I send a message and it goes, there’s a check next to it in the sent mailbox. When it doesn’t go, there’s a red X. Simple enough. What does it mean if it says your message was sent, but in the sent file it has a green arrow next to it? Does that mean it WASN’T sent???

I really don’t want to resend the message and look stupid.

A friend of mine has a cell phone with international service in Kuwait. I’m having trouble sending a text message to the cell phone. I’ve tried 011 + (965)country code + number, I’ve tried +965+number. What else can I try?

Apparently, my girlfriend attempted to respond to my text message to her this morning. However, all that’s showing on my screen coming from her is a blank page. I have very, very poor cell phone reception inside my office. Could the poor reception have chopped off the message? If so, how do I retrieve the full message at this point?
