Does it cost money sending a text message to a different city but the same country?
I live in Toronto, Ontario and i was just wondering if I text my friend who lives in Ottawa ontario will it cost money? Like long distance text message or something? Im on a texting plan and im with rogers. My friend is with Fido.
so i have a 2500 text plan. I text anyone within canada its free?

all texts within the same country are billed the same rate. out of country texts are higher, example canada to the US.
