How do I set a downloaded ringtone as a text message alert sound for a T-Mobile Shadow?



Just got my Tmobile Shadow and I can’t figure out how to set a ringtone i just downloaded as my TEXT message sound. I can set it as my ringtone for when someone calls me but for some reason when I go to set the ringtone as a text message, it disappears from the tonelist.
Ughhhh, frustrating.
