How to pay cell phone’s monthly bill without your parent?
I’m 15 and I don’t have a cell phone!!! My parents just won’t get me a cell phone. I’m planning to get my own cell phone, but how do I pay the monthly bills? I don’t have a credit card or a bank account. Is there any other way I can pay the cell phone? My parent won’t get me a credit card or a bank account either
