Is my text message feature that I just added effective immediately?
I have Cingular and I just added 1500 text-message feature to my plan.
I was wondering if I already have those 1500 text messages added to my bill already or will it be added on to the next cycle? Can I text now without having to pay .20 cents per text message?

why don’t u check with your network provider? calling their customer service?
