If you want to transverse and not give up your location you can place your fon in a layer of al foil it will insure the fon can’t communicate with anything satellite or tower. Draw back you can’t make any calls I am not sure if the fon will be listed as mia or it would be considered in a dead zone. You could go into a secure area that don’t allow signals to reach your fon place it in a foil then take another fon out the foil.
When you return swap fon again never take both out at the same time.
